We have several painting packages to meet your needs and (hopefully) your budget and we back every job with meticulous protection, prep, and a clean exit. We are not advocating to be the cheapest painting contractors—great results come from doing the steps right, not cutting corners on labor, materials and certainly not by buying cheap paint. We handle prep, painting, and clean-up in your apartment or home with care and attention to detail. If your building require proof of insurance, we can provide COI upon request—we're covered up to $1M in coverage.

Our Painting Service Inclusions:

Standard Apartment Painting Walls Only.

This is our most affordable package for individuals seeking a painting service for their apartment walls only. We provide a clean, fast repaint of walls only with standard ceilings (≤9′). Includes floor/furniture protection, minor patching, the right primer where needed, and two finish coats.

Typical cost for a 1‑Bedroom: from $2,500 (materials included)

Best for: basic color refreshes, rentals, move‑ins/move‑outs.

Notes: Ceilings, trim/doors/closets are not included (add below if needed).

Walls & Ceiling Apartment Painting.

This includes everything in the standard apartment painting package but with us painting the ceilings for a fuller room reset and consistent sheen.

Typical price for a 1-bedroom: $3,200-$4,800 (materials included)

Best for: crisp lines, clean frames and a more polished look throughout.

Walls + Ceilings + Trims/Doors/closets .

This package is our most popular, apartment scope near the downtown area. This service includes three NYC painters, careful masking, caulking at trim, spot priming and a two coat finish on all surfaces.

Typical price for a 1-bedroom $3,800-$4,800. (materials included)

Best for: a high-end paint job, high quality paint, crisp trim lines, and a new finished look.

Coo-op, Condo, Brownstone Specialist.

We understand insurance requirements, reserving freight elevators, protecting hallways/elevators, and working around quiet hours. Unlike cheaper paint contractors that don't even know what a COI is, we provide one the same day and make the process fast and easy.

Exterior House Painting.

We exterior paint brownstones, townhouses, and single‑family homes across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Every exterior starts with inspection and cleaning (gentle wash where appropriate), then scraping/sanding loose paint, small repairs & caulking, substrate‑matched primer (masonry/wood/metal), and durable finish coats. We protect stoops, railings, windows, landscaping, and neighboring façades.

Equipment we use (as needed): extension ladders, multi‑position ladders and planks, airless sprayers (for siding/large areas), brushes/rollers for trim and detail work, drop cloths/floor protection board, and—where access requires it—scaffolding or a lift (we coordinate sidewalk/entry protection with your building or GC).

Typical timelines: touch‑ups 1–2 days; full façades or multi‑elevation homes 4–10+ days, depending on scope and access.

FYI: Painting itself is typically considered cosmetic (no DOB permit), but sidewalk protection/scaffolding or historic‑district rules may require coordination. We’ll flag that up front.

Interior House painting.

For larger homes in NY, CT and NJ interior projects are more detailed and can take several days to finish painting. Our scope includes floor/furniture protection, clean masking of trim and windows, repairs (patch holes/hairline cracks, caulk small gaps), spot‑priming repairs or stains, and two even finish coats for consistent color and sheen throughout. We can add ceilings, trim/doors/closets, accent walls, and skim coating for a flatter, higher‑end finish.

Typical timelines (guide only):

2–3 key rooms: 2–3 days
Full main level (walls + ceilings): 3–5 days
Whole‑home interiors (walls + ceilings + trim/doors): 5–7+ days

Price Range: $7,000 to $12,000, price varies greatly based on the size of the home and the consumer's needs.

Good to know: We offer low‑odor/zero‑VOC options, work around family schedules, and maintain a tidy, livable site. If your HOA/management needs paperwork, we provide a same‑day COI from our broker.

Single Room Menu (When You Just Want To Paint A Specific Room).

Bedroom, walls‑only: $900–$1,300
Living room, walls‑only: $1,200–$1,800
Accent wall: $250–$400
